Impactful Habits: Building Towards My Goal 𓂃۶ৎ

Developing impactful habits and practicing them daily helps me perfect my routine

Currently, I track my habits using Notion to stay organized.

Tips for Staying on Track

Believe in Your Habits – Have confidence in the benefits of your habits and ensure they align with your goals. A strong “why” keeps motivation!

Keep it Short & Simple – Choose habits that take about 5-10 minutes. With a busy life, even starting can feel overwhelming. Let go of perfectionism—small daily actions add up over time.

Use the 5-Second Rule – When facing an overwhelming task, count down from five and take action immediately.

Track Consistently – Habit tracking helps free up mental space and reinforces progress.

Example of my personal habit tracker:

My take on the benefits of these habits:

8,000 Daily Steps – Walking is essential for both mental and physical health. A 30-minute walk in the morning provides fresh air, sunlight, and a mindful start to the day.

Resistance Training – Weightlifting, Pilates, and cardio are key for long-term health and will help me achieve my ideal physique.

5-Minute Meditation or Journaling – Taking a few minutes to meditate or journal creates a calm and focused mindset, helping to start the day with clarity and intention.

Macro Tracking – Understanding what’s in my food helps me make better choices and stay on track with my daily caloric/protein goal.

How does it help?

These habits align with my 2025 health goals—to become stronger and more mindful. They also support my personal goals, like learning guitar and Vietnamese. With so many things I want to accomplish, they serve as a reminder to stay on track and not lose sight of what’s important to me. By making them a part of my routine, I can also find space for other goals that might not be daily but still matter.
